What This Position Is All About Saks OFF 5TH is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the affiliate channel, including managing our agency and our top tier publisher relationships. The role includes developing new business opportunities, creating strategic/tactical proposals, managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams to meet company goals and objectives. As The Specialist, Affiliate Marketing, You Will • Pro-actively monitor daily affiliate performance (implementing course-correcting as necessary) • Monitor progress toward objectives, designing reports and articulating results to internal and external partners • Serve as liaison between affiliate agency, publishers and internal shareholders, communicating effectively with all parties to strategically grow the channel • Help conceptualize, launch and promote new creative, exclusive offers, influencer campaigns, in conjunction SO5 initiatives • Manage daily affiliate budget, ensuring the channel is within spend projections • Stay up to date on affiliate news such as new potential publishers, online opportunities, betas, etc. • Report to Senior Manager on Affiliate performance, incremental opportunities and project plan for growth on a weekly and ad-hoc basis Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing • Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving skills with a comfort in dealing with numbers, reporting and analysis • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Experience with Affiliate platforms such as Rakuten, Impact, Partnerize, etc • Detail oriented, meticulous organizational skills, ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment • An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude • Strong interest in retail, e-commerce, and fashion • Strategic mindset, highly organized, creative mindset • Knowledge of online analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics Your Life And Career At Saks OFF 5TH • Be part of an empowered, innovative team; work with an adventurous spirit and a customer-centric mindset; play a critical role in making decisions that will position us to win • Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across different functions within our corporate offices, retail stores, photo studios, and distribution centers • A culture that promotes a flexible work environment • Benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, dental and vision) • An amazing employee discount and other exciting perks Thank you for your interest with Saks OFF 5TH.
