Role description
Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Specialist to join the Commerce Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people. The primary role of the Commerce Specialist is to support the Havas Market team in the implementation and management of all Commerce/eCommerce-related projects & campaigns. The specialist will work closely and gain a deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, & Instacart. The specialist will work closely with the Commerce Managers to handle research, manage retail media campaigns, aid in finance management & use analytics tools to understand performance. They will be tasked with understanding new opportunities in Commerce to help bring new ideas to our clients. The goal for the Specialist is to build on their understanding of Commerce basics to ultimately take on more strategic day-to-day management responsibilities within client accounts. A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE: β€’ Gain a deep understanding of the eCommerce tools and dashboards to derive insights β€’ Ensure projects are meeting/exceeding goals, and deliver recommendations for areas of opportunity for improvement β€’ Partner with Amazon, Target, Walmart, Instacart, etc., to understand the landscape and marketing programs β€’ Collaborate & work with other team members across different disciplines with Havas Media β€’ May be responsible for independently managing client program status and financial documents, as necessary WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS: β€’ You have experience with digital marketing solutions and may have worked in Search, Programmatic, or Social.
