About the Role Responsible for supporting the agency’s paid search performance efforts by monitoring and optimizing campaigns, reporting on performance, and contributing to digital media strategy. Core Responsibilities β€’ Manage campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Walmart Connect β€’ Support and execute digital strategy across search platforms β€’ Set up and verify campaign tracking and analytics β€’ Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets; make real-time optimizations β€’ Analyze performance data and communicate insights and recommendations β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, innovation, and budget planning β€’ Help develop client-facing presentations and performance reports β€’ Partner with vendors (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to stay current on platform updates and best practices Core Competencies β€’ 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search or digital marketing campaigns β€’ Experience with Demand Gen, Performance Max (PMax), and shopper/eCommerce campaigns across search platforms β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Confident presenting insights and ideas in individual and group settings β€’ Strategic mindset with the ability to connect performance data to client goals β€’ Detail-oriented and comfortable writing short communications and reports Key Performance Indicators β€’ Meeting and exceeding client KPIs for search campaign performance β€’ Effective communication of results and strategy to internal and client teams β€’ Quality and timeliness of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting β€’ Peer collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
