LocaliQ Managed Services is an award winning, innovative, full-service digital advertising agency. We provide full, hands-on, Paid Search and Paid Social account management services for higher spending clients within the SMB space.
As Senior Account Manager, Paid Search, on our Managed Services (MS) team, you will report to a Senior Manager/Account Director and perform the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of strategic key accounts. In this role, you will be ambitious, client-centered, data-driven and have at least 5+ years of demonstrated success managing the paid-search and social digital marketing initiatives.
Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing with applied experience in SEM, Display and Social advertising. Ideal candidates will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and can inspire excitement and curiosity throughout the team. Candidates must have 4+ years working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, search and social media management. Senior Account Manager, Digital Marketing, must be a self-starter, be proactive, can work independently on tasks, work well with a team, follow through on projects, delegate tasks effectively and build strong client relationships. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About Your Responsibilities
• Manage campaign strategy and execution for paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation and/or e-commerce clients.
• Perform key day to day activities such as keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization and competitor analysis.
• Run and build reports on campaign results and deliver findings in a clear and client-facing format
• Daily and Weekly reporting and analysis of trend data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads among other platforms
• Balance daily and monthly account budgets
• Proactively research accounts and provide ongoing opportunities that align with client goals.
• Conduct QBRs and present on success and our value to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Manage client goals and expectations in order to set realistic targets
• Hold regularly scheduled meetings with clients, providing performance updates and strategy discussions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and stay informed on best practices in the search and social space
• Verify and integrate conversion tracking, as needed, leveraging our tech implementation team wherever required
• Delegate responsibilities across a team to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are being met
• Support the department’s largest customers
• Balance large budgets across multiple accounts and platforms, ranging from $5,000 - $500,000+ in monthly ad spend
• Navigate customer churn risk through effective escalation and churn risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure strategy is executed effectively
Key Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant experience working with medium to high spending clients and owning and growing portfolios of 15+ clients. Digital Marketing agency experience preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of online marketing (search, display, social media, etc.) and an understanding of how it relates to the entire marketing landscape
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar attribution tool
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with phone-based, consultative relationship management, with a regular cadence of communication with clients
• Strong analytical mindset, with a comfortability working with data sets within platforms and in excel
• Ability to delegate projects across multiple people and meet deadlines with consistent quality of delivery
• A demonstrated history in client satisfaction
• Resourceful, dependable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
