Role description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Sr. Analyst, Paid Search to manage and optimize our paid search advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engines. This role is responsible for managing large-scale search campaigns, optimizing for performance, and driving measurable business growth. The candidate will have experience in SEM, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and analytics, as well as experience managing budgets. Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution: • Manage day-to-day paid search strategies to maximize ROI and business objectives. • Manage keyword research and expansion, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copy testing. • Optimize campaigns for efficiency, scale, and ROAS targets. • Stay ahead of trends in search engine algorithms, automation, and AI-driven bidding strategies. Budget & Performance Management: • Manage multi-million-dollar search budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, spend, volume and profit pacing. • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on KPIs, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA to optimize campaigns and ensure they meet business objectives. • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, conversion attribution, and performance reporting. Leadership & Team Development: • Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and data teams to align search efforts with overall marketing objectives. • Develop best practices, workflows, and optimization frameworks for paid search campaigns. Technology & Innovation: • Leverage automation tools, AI-powered bidding, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance. • Work with MarTech and AdTech teams to improve tracking, attribution modeling, and first-party data utilization. • Test and implement new features within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms. Qualifications & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in paid search media buying, with an emphasis on lead generation in direct-to-consumer performance-based marketing organizations. • Hands on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other search engine advertising platforms. • Strong working knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, keyword research, and A/B testing. • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Adobe Analytics. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. • Proven track record of managing large-scale search budgets with a focus on campaign performance. • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with feed-based search ads (e.g., Google Shopping, Performance Max). • Familiarity with audience segmentation and first-party data strategies. • Background in e-commerce or lead generation.
