Toyota’s eCommerce Sales Department is looking for a self-starting and highly-motivated eCommerce Site Performance Technology Liaison
What You’ll Be Doing
• This role will play an instrumental part in shaping Toyota Parts Center Online’s evolution in alignment with business objectives, customer needs and market trends
• Will own Toyota Parts Center Online roadmap and prioritization, translating vision into actionable roadmap enhancements and prioritize for impact
• Driving cross-functional execution by leading end-to-end delivery for product, design, engineering, Go-to-Market communications and Change Management
• Ensure delivery and accountability by monitoring progress, resolve blockers and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and at quality
What You Bring
• Extensive work experience in Business, Operations, or STEM
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand complex details provided by Management Team and effectively communicating to Stakeholders
• Expertise in managing a portfolio of products within a cross-functional agile team
• Prioritizes business agility, agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to lead team and drive strategic investment decisions
• Proficient in Jira and MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen ability to build relationships and negotiate agreements.
• Creative mindset with an aptitude for building strong business relationships.

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Advanced skills (or lengthy tenure) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and emerging technologies
