What We’re Looking For
Toyota’s eCommerce Sales Department is looking for a self-starting and highly-motivated eCommerce Program Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to increase Toyota dealer participation in our ecommerce program and assist program enrolled dealers with growing their ecommerce sales of Toyota OE parts and accessories. This individual will work closely with our Toyota Sales Regions, Private Distributors, OneTech and both internal and external marketing teams and agencies.
What You’ll Be Doing
• This role is a guiding force in growing Toyota parts and accessory eCommerce sales for the appropriate Toyota share of the billion-dollar parts and accessory online market.
• Responsible for engaging our Toyota Sales Regions, Private Distributors and Dealers to encourage participation in Toyota’s ecommerce revenue channel
• Develop strategies to leverage our ecommerce platform to grow participating dealerships’ online sales of OE Toyota parts and accessories
• Lead strategist for ecommerce site and program enhancements
• Manage dealer SEM program
• Collaborate with Parts & Accessory Marketing, along with the eCommerce Sales team, to best determine what products to promote and most effective method to market
What You Bring
• Proficient in MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen ability to build relationships and negotiate agreements.
• Creative mindset with an aptitude for building strong business relationships.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present strategy and operations across all levels of the organization, both inside and outside the company.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
Added bonus if you have
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience in Fixed Operations, specifically in Parts/Accessories including field and/or retail operations with an understanding of Parts/Accessories segmentation and trends
• Experience in and knowledge of the automotive industry
• Experience in and knowledge of agile work framework.
• Experience in digital product ownership or development.
• 3-5 years of eCommerce or Digital Retailing experience
• BS/BA Business, Marketing or eCommerce related field
