Role description
About Mammoth Brands Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community. We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. As a company, we’re also committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date. About The Role We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Affiliate and Performance Partnerships to join our Lume + Mando Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive our brand’s growth and visibility by scaling our affiliate program, developing new marketing channels, and fostering key brand partnerships. As the Sr. Associate of Affiliate and Performance Partnerships, you will have a unique opportunity to forge high-level relationships on behalf of Lume + Mando across DTC, Amazon, and Retail. What You Will Accomplish • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operational tasks for Lume and Mando’s affiliate programs, including but not limited to: monitoring coupon code leakage on affiliate websites, ensuring placements go live on the specified date, extending commission rates to partners, negotiating placements, tracking paid placements, and more • Application and Program Management: Help manage and report on affiliate campaigns that are run through Impact, TikTok Shops, Creator Connections, and Amazon Associates, and Amazon Affiliates in general. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners. • Build Relationships: Source & recruit new partners to join the Lume affiliate program (across Amazon, DTC, and Retail) and ensure that, when applicable, they receive gifting from our brand. Ensure partners are set up for success by sharing brand guidelines, best practices, and more. • Maintenance and Support: Create fun and engaging pitches to editorial partners and ambassadors, keeping them up to date on the latest new product launches and promotions to share with their audiences. Send out newsletters to all affiliate partners on Amazon, DTC, and Retail platforms on a weekly basis to alert them of different product focuses. Track and flag opportunities to leverage Amazon’s Creator Commerce ecosystem, including Live Shopping, Creator Connections, and shoppable video modules. • Industry Insights: Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools and opportunities, and produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things. • Strategic Thinking: Support the Affiliate Manager by executing affiliate marketing strategies that align with broader marketing goals, ensuring unique ideas surrounding Amazon, DTC, and Retail. • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance for DTC, Amazon, and Retail, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rate, drive new customers, and improve ROI across all partnerships. Evaluate attributed revenue, ROAS, CPA, and new-to-brand customers, sharing regular performance summaries with the Affiliate Manager. • Gain a deep understanding of the nuances between Amazon Attribution (brand-side tracking) and the Amazon Associates (affiliate) program, and expertly apply guidance on when to use each—remaining fully compliant with Amazon’s updated policy (effective December 20, 2024) that prohibits simultaneous tagging via both systems for the same traffic. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Influencer team to identify net new opportunities for both channels, ensuring work is not duplicated on both ends and both teams are working together to build and scale both programs. Partner with Brand Marketing, Amazon, and Influencer teams to execute new campaigns (like deals, coupons, subscribe & save promotions, and more), product gifting to new partners, and align on monthly gifting goals to support overall affiliate efforts. This Might Describe You • 2+ years of experience supporting the management of affiliate programs at Amazon, DTC or eCommerce (product-centric) brands. • You have helped build programs and have owned day to day affiliate management. • Experience with TikTok Shops Affiliates, Linkby, ShopMy, LTK, and Amazon Associates is a plus. • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact Radius, CJ, Levanta, and others. • Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and utilize these regularly to report out on campaign performance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. • Strong organizational skills. • Deeply familiar (and keep up to date) with the affiliate space and have smart insights on the best partners, agencies, platforms, and analytic tools. • Focused on achieving win-win partnerships, leveraging data and insights in your negotiations. • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, to ensure successful and long-term partnerships. • Insatiably curious and motivated by learning and mastering new things, with a knowledge of and in interest in direct-to-consumer growth marketing. • Hustle mentality; highly self-motivated and self-directed in your work with a bias towards action. • Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, top-notch analytical skills. • Structured thinker and communicator; able to break down and solve complex problems. • Ability to independently prioritize time and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment. • Zero ego team player, always thinking about how to help those around you. • Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously. Here's Who You'll Work With • Reporting to the Manager, Affiliate + Performance Partnerships • Working on the Lume + Mando Marketing team • Working cross-functionally with the Amazon, Brand, Creative, Digital, Influencer, Social, Performance, and Marketing Analytics teams Lume is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do great work together.
