Join McKesson’s growing B2B eCommerce team as a Sr. Associate Business Analyst. You’ll be the technical owner and SME for our enterprise eCommerce platform, driving scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital commerce solutions in alignment with McKesson’s enterprise technology strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the Business Analyst for the B2B eCommerce platform, translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and drive the technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and deliver platform enhancements that improve customer experience, site performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure technical deliverables and vendor management align with McKesson standards and SLAs.
• Monitor platform health, identify risks, and lead resolution of technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and application performance.
What You Bring
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce platforms, Order Management Systems, healthcare applications, and enterprise system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work across teams to deliver solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferable Skills & Experience
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security requirements for digital platforms (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
