OUR VALUES

THE ROLE
As a Finance Sr Analyst of Corporate Finance and Ecomm you'll play a critical role in the reporting deliverables of the finance team to the internal organization and external stakeholders. In this position, you will serve as the Finance lead overseeing the financial performance of Amazon pricing and digital marketing investments. Partnering closely with eCommerce, Revenue Management, and Digital Marketing leadership, you will provide analytical support to drive strategic decisions that accelerate growth and maximize value.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Identify and implement efficiencies in Corporate Finance reporting packages, with a strong focus on accuracy and built-in data validation checks.

• Create turnkey solutions for monthly financial deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and optimize executive-level presentations and standardized monthly financial reporting packages.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for digital marketing and Amazon price support; identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, supporting digital marketing and Amazon promotion decisions.
• Operate with autonomy, demonstrating initiative and ownership while proactively building strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
• You Operate with Urgency: You don't wait to be asked-you anticipate, act fast, and always look for the smartest path forward.
• You're Self-Directed: You don't wait for permission-you chart your own path, own your development, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• You Build Strong Bridges: You're a trusted partner across teams with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with others.
• You're Built for Change: You're adaptable and resilient in the face of change with the ability to embrace challenges and shift priorities with ease.
• You're Resourceful: When things are unclear, you figure it out. You know how to find answers, make decisions, and keep things moving.
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field; equivalent practical experience or professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) also considered.
• 5+ years of experience in valuation, private equity, due diligence, and/or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including linked reporting, INDEX/MATCH functions, and multi-scenario modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
