We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Experience Manager to turn our flagship sites into subscription first growth engines, blending self serve SaaS checkout with enterprise B2B lead capture. This role will own the entire customer journey, from first touch to post purchase expansion, by shipping friction free flows, high performing landing pages, and data driven SEO/CRO programs. The role will collaborate daily with regional and Global Marketing, UX, Product, Engineering, and Content teams whilst the role steers the website backlog and decide what areas to focus on next. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a website strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and expansion. • Map and optimize customer journeys to remove friction and lift conversion rates. • Own the website Jira backlog; set sprint goals with Product and Engineering. • Lead a CRO roadmap—hypothesis writing, test design, QA, and rollout. • Personalize experiences for visitors, customers, and high‑value prospects. • Partner with Regional Marketing, UX, and Content to align campaigns and messaging. • Safeguard a consistent brand experience across web, and mobile. • Own on‑page and technical SEO to capture high‑intent demand and organic growth. • Hit Core Web Vitals, page‑speed, and mobile‑first best practices site‑wide. Requirements: • 7+ years in web marketing or demand gen within SaaS / B2B, or equivalent • Proven hands‑on experience turning a brochure site into a subscription SaaS portal. • Demonstrated track record scaling lead‑gen via landing‑page experimentation and MA automation. • Proficient with VWO/Optimizely, GA4 or Adobe CJA, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog, Marketo, Shopify, Drupal or another headless CMS. • Fluent in agile ceremonies and backlog ownership. • Data‑literate—SQL or BigQuery a plus. • Comfortable working with Finance/Legal on subscription compliance (VAT, GDPR, payments).
