This high-impact role will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and play a pivotal role in securing and modernizing the organization’s digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in application security, digital architecture, and CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management), with a strong understanding of modern web technologies and NIST cybersecurity best practices. This is a highly visible role with cross-functional collaboration across multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the documentation and analysis of all web-based properties, identifying security gaps and recommending improvements aligned with NIST standards. • Architect and engineer secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions across eCommerce and customer-facing platforms. • Create detailed architecture diagrams and conduct gap analyses to assess current-state security postures. • Collaborate with teams across security, development, marketing, and infrastructure to align digital strategies and ensure secure implementations. • Evaluate and implement tools such as Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), CDNs, Bot Management, and API Gateways. • Drive the adoption and integration of CIAM solutions, ensuring secure and seamless identity lifecycle management. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on secure web architecture and DevSecOps practices.
