Role description
Fresh off a successful Series A funding round, Uncle Arnie’s is experiencing explosive growth, and we’re looking for a foundational leader to help architect our digital future. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven Senior eCommerce Manager to own and accelerate our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
Reporting directly to the VP of Ecommerce, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and take significant ownership of our full-funnel marketing, on-site experience, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a “scrappy-but-strategic” operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about building a best-in-class eCommerce channel from the ground up.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth
• Partner with the Head of Ecommerce to refine and execute the comprehensive eCommerce strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities across platforms, marketplaces, geographies, and partnerships.
• Conduct continuous market and competitive research to stay ahead of trends and uncover opportunities.
Marketing & Merchandising
• Partner with digital marketing to drive traffic and conversion across SEO, SEM, email, affiliates, paid social, and other performance channels.
• Own lifecycle and retention strategy, including email/SMS campaign creation, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize LTV.
• Oversee merchandising calendar, promotional planning, and product launches to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Maintain brand voice, product imagery, and content quality across the site and marketing assets.
Analytics & Optimization
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and marketplace rankings.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across website, landing pages, and checkout.
• Provide actionable reporting and insights to leadership to guide high-level decision-making.
• Proactively manage online reputation through ratings, reviews, and UGC.
Operations & Collaboration
• Serve as the operational liaison with supply chain and operations to ensure accurate inventory, product availability, and seamless merchandising.
• Partner cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4-6+ years of eCommerce experience with proven success in DTC and marketplace channels.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and major digital ad platforms.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/reporting skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or beverage/food industries preferred.
