About the Role The eCommerce Operations & Merchandising Manager will oversee the execution of digital merchandising strategies, site operations, and content management to optimize the online shopping experience for LG Beauty USA brands. This role will drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of key strategic launches, promotional campaigns, and digital merchandising strategies while maintaining accuracy across DTC, TikTok Shop, and Shein platforms. Candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain and IT teams to support business objectives and elevate the online experience. Key Responsibilities Merchandising & Site Experience β€’ Oversee end-to-end digital merchandising execution, ensuring alignment with eCommerce strategy and promotional calendar. β€’ Lead the implementation of product information, pricing, images, offers, and promotions to ensure timely and accurate updates. β€’ Optimize the product discovery experience through navigation enhancements, strategic linking, and search improvements. β€’ Partner with Creative, Product Development, and Brand Marketing teams to improve site merchandising, category structure, and customer engagement. β€’ Partner with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient inventory levels on promotional products. β€’ Oversee strategic growth for SEO for DTC. β€’ Review and sign off on Creative assets for DTC, Email, and LGB paid requests. eCommerce Operations & Content Management β€’ Oversee routine site quality assurance, ensuring product pages, navigation, and content are accurate and user-friendly. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely asset delivery (videos, images, banners) and approve content before publication. β€’ Manage on-site personalization efforts, leveraging data insights to enhance product recommendations and content placement. Will manage the new CDP personalization tool. β€’ Ensure seamless execution of promotional strategies, tracking effectiveness and making data-driven optimizations. β€’ Partner with the Product Manager team on new site enhancements in regards to placements and performance. β€’ Work with Customer Care team to resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction (e.g., delivery delays, inventory issues). Performance & Process Optimization β€’ Partner with the eCommerce Marketing & Merchandising teams to leverage site metrics and KPIs for continuous merchandising improvements. β€’ Provide data-driven insights and reporting on category performance, conversion rates, and promotional impact. Managing weekly site performance tracker and providing insights on improvements and growth. β€’ Manage and streamline workflow to improve operational efficiency. β€’ Continuously enhance campaign execution processes, identifying areas for automation and optimization. β€’ Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to forecast product demand and plan production schedules accordingly. Qualifications β€’ Degree: Bachelors Degree in related field β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role β€’ Experience ideating and planning promotional calendar for the site, driving promotion planning and execution end-to-end β€’ Deep understanding of revenue driving tactics for a DTC environment β€’ Experience with merchandising strategy on site placements and contents. Experience with site CMS tools such as Sanity preferred. β€’ Experience with demand planning and forecasting along with warehouse communications β€’ Experience with digital assets and site traffic channels.
