Role description
The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing targeted, integrated marketing strategies to support and drive growth for the Eddie Bauer brand. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing plans that align with the brand’s key objectives and resonate with the target audience. Core Accountabilities • Drive the development, execution and performance reporting of integrated annual and seasonal brand marketing campaigns that support and complement the go-to-market campaigns, align with brand activations, increase brand awareness and drive traffic to commerce channels • Collaborate with the Merchandising, Design, E-Commerce and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal stories, and key promotions. • Monitor, recap and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize future campaigns. • Lead development of integrated marketing program hindsight reports with recommendations for future execution. • Prepare monthly recap of marketing programs and results • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop testing and measuring methodology for marketing programs • Manage the marketing calendar • Manage communication with cross-functional partners on ad hoc marketing requests • Manage Retail Marketing in the development and implementation of campaigns (consumer-facing, in-store, local opportunities, digital campaigns). • Create and implement plans for new store openings, closures, and relocations. • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Prepare a quarterly competitive analysis report for the leadership team • Drive go-to-market strategy in tandem with Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing • Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of campaigns. Leadership Expectations: • Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality, setting the example for leaders and associates. • Develop and nurture strong cross functional partnerships, drive business results and inspire a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. • Serve as Eddie Bauer advocate in the industry and marketplace. • Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction. Education / Experience Required: • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing • 6 - 8 years of proven marketing experience with a focus on fashion, retail and lifestyle • Successful track record in development of results-oriented retail marketing programs • Excellent project management skills • Understanding and passion for retail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking • Superior written and oral communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people/functions at many levels • Ability to manage multiple projects over multiple focus areas in a fast-paced environment Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
