Role Overview
Chase Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications & Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic brand and communications initiatives that support the companyβs growth across electronic chemicals and building & construction markets. This role is critical to establishing a compelling brand narrative, building brand awareness and advancing Chaseβs presence in existing and new market segments.
Reporting to Vice President, Marketing & Product Development, the role will oversee brand development, integrated communications planning, content strategy, and vendor management, while ensuring alignment with product marketing, R&D, and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Stewardship
β’ Define and evolve brand identity to strengthen industry awareness and credibility.
β’ Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
β’ Analyze market performance and audience feedback to refine messaging and positioning strategies.
β’ Lead the execution of demand generation, eCommerce programs, campaign planning, and tradeshow strategy.
Strategic Communications
β’ Build and execute integrated, cross-channel communication plans across print, digital, PR, internal education, and events.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing & Product Development team to craft compelling messaging that supports lead generation and sales enablement.
β’ Align with R&D, product development, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure messaging reflects customer needs and business goals.
β’ Develop and manage an external communications plan, updating as business needs evolve.
Content & Channel Management
β’ Own and manage the marketing content calendar, aligned with commercialization milestones and product launches.
β’ Oversee development of brochures, case studies, presentations, videos, and digital content in partnership with internal and external teams.
β’ Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across channels; produce quarterly communications dashboards.
Team & Budget Leadership
β’ Manage external vendors and creative partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
β’ Lead budget planning and ROI analysis, ensuring resources are prioritized for initiatives with the highest strategic value.
Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or product marketing in a B2B setting, ideally within the chemical industry.
β’ Demonstrated success in executing & measuring integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
β’ Strong ability to simplify and translate complex technical concepts into engaging, customer-focused messaging.
β’ Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
β’ Exceptional project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree required, Advanced degree preferred
