Role description
Position: Sr Performance Creative Strategist (possibly Associate Director)
Location: New York City (Chelsea area) - in office 3x a week
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
Reports to: Head of Creative
Role Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Our client is hiring a new Sr Performance Creative Strategist (potentially an Associate Director). Youβll lead the development of performance focused creative strategies across all paid channels. To be successful in this position, you must understand what happens when a creative asset is handed off to the paid media team and understand the metrics/analytics with a clear understanding of how creative impacts performance.
Qualifications:
β’ 2+ years experience owning the creative strategy process for a portfolio of clients and aligning brand identity with performance goals across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
β’ Must have experience working directly with paid media channels
β’ Experience with e-commerce/DTC brands
β’ Strong creative instincts along with the ability to link storytelling/design to business outcomes
β’ Ability to distill insights and present creative ideas persuasively to clients
β’ Experience collaborating with clients, designers, and media buyers to ensure the creative doesnβt just look good - it performs
β’ Must be able to provide a portfolio or examples of past campaigns - specifically those tied to performance metrics
β’ Analytical and metrics-driven
