Description
We're seeking a savvy marketer to own the content, curation, and site merchandising strategy for Luxury Stores. This role will be responsible for building the end-to-end site experience, including owning the content calendar, curating product stories, partnering with tech teams to refine the CX (e.g., selection, filters), reporting on performance, and standardizing best practices into a playbook.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual merchandising and content marketing in the B2C or e-commerce space. They have exceptional project management skills, possess a strong analytical mindset, is highly detail-oriented, and able to execute flawlessly to meet timelines. They know how to balance creative and technical requirements to test new initiatives (e.g., generative AI) and create a best-in-class shopping experience that inspires browsing and drives conversion. They are innovative, creative, and passionate about the luxury fashion and beauty industry.
Key job responsibilities
β’ Develop, own, and execute the site merchandising strategy and content calendar to inspire and convert customers
β’ Work with site merchandising, styling, and creative counterparts to scale content creation (e.g., generative AI, photoshoots) to deliver a regular cadence of site updates aligning to seasonal events, industry moments, brand launches, and trends
β’ Collaborate with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams to optimize site placements (refinements, filters, product page) and reporting
β’ Set up testing and experimentation to gain customer insights on CX improvements
β’ Create reporting structure to track, measure, and benchmark site performance, sharing learnings and recommendations with key stakeholders
β’ Stay current with fashion and beauty trends in the luxury retail industry to continue iterating on a best-in-class site experience

Basic Qualifications
β’ 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
β’ Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
β’ Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
β’ Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
β’ Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
β’ Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
β’ Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
