Role Summary:
• Lead development of Connect’s self-serve omni-channel ad platform.
• Leverage AI/ML and automation to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Enhance advertiser performance and shopper experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product vision and roadmap using data, trends, and customer insights.
• Lead AI/ML-based automation across media planning, targeting, bidding, and measurement.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle – from research to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and retail partners.
• Build scalable, self-serve tools for advertisers.
