Application Deadline: 30 September 2025 Department: Marketing Location: London Description Reporting to the Photography Manager, Mountain Warehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Product Photographer to join our fantastic in-house studio team. Responsible for producing high quality still life imagery of a wide range of products for use on our multiple websites and market places, the individual must have an indepth understanding of Canon cameras, Lighting techniques and a passion for still life product photography, whilst being able to work closely with the rest of the photography team to meet deadlines and follow guidelines. It is a great opportunity for an organised, versatile and creative person, who enjoys a different challenge every day, to develop their skills in a variety of tasks and situations in an exciting, hands on team. The role will also include administrative responsibilities associated with the intake of products, imagery requirements, retouching and data handling. Key Responsibilities An exciting role for a creative photographer to develop their skills and passion, working closely with Buying, Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams. β€’ To efficiently create a high volume of shots for a wide range of products. β€’ To consistently produce high quality and on-brand imagery, taking ownership and responsibility for the quality of your output. β€’ To provide creative imagery for product pages, web categories and social channels. β€’ To research current styles and trends within E-commerce product photography for development and growth of the MW brand and website. β€’ Coordinate between teams to create finalised imagery for different department’s specifications. β€’ To maintain a consistent and organised workflow, meeting daily tasks and KPIs, aiming to exceed targets and deadlines. β€’ To prepare your working set, checking that all equipment is fully functional and correctly maintained. β€’ Prepping products, steaming, styling and keeping log of what has been shot vs what is coming in and remains to be photographed. β€’ Image selection, naming, cropping and processing of all images shot, maintaining file size and any relevant specifications for all manners of imagery output. β€’ Communicating with the retouch team to increase efficiency and maximum output. β€’ To take an active interest in product knowledge & trade information. We Would Like To Meet Someone Who Is We are looking for a highly versatile, creative person whose passion for photography translates through their imagery as well as their desire to help the wider team achieve high quality and on time output. β€’ Portfolio that demonstrates the applied techniques of fashion and still life photography (composition, lighting, capture, and processing). β€’ Strong understanding of shoot pre-production and post-production steps. β€’ Ability to take direction, give direction as well as being able to work well alone and in a team. β€’ Experience in still life photography, visual arts or relevant creative degree. β€’ Previous experience in an E-commerce studio photography environment. β€’ Strong knowledge of Photoshop (and other adobe CCsuite), Capture One, and other common digital capture platforms, various lighting environments, and photography equipment. β€’ Self-motivated but able to work within a very close-knit team. β€’ Knowledge of Mac OSX and PC computing platforms including Microsoft office and CMS. β€’ Living in London with driving license preferred.
