Job Summary
The Strategic Partner Manager, Utiliy is responsible for pre-established brand and commercial goals for a designated account base and for developing account plans to grow that business.
Essential Functions
β’ Designs and delivers aligned business plans and seasonal account plans that achieve profitable revenue growth and brand/fan targets.
β’ Develops exceptional strategic partner relationships that lead to collaborative partner management and execution.
β’ Evolves the selling process with a focus on comprehensive go-to-market alignment.
β’ Works with the leadership team to provide input on commercial growth and brand-building opportunities.
β’ Provides business updates and sell-in and sell-through analysis to the leadership team.
β’ Identifies and supports expansion opportunities that are in line with the overall brand initiatives.
β’ Evaluates the business by product category, identifies areas to invest or divest.
β’ Manages merchandising, analysis, and marketing for digital
β’ Ensures pre-season bookings are in line with the fiscal year plan.
β’ Manages gross-to-net by ensuring monthly shipping goals are met.
β’ Enhances existing vendor-retailer relationships, cultivates new relationships, and leads interface with strategic customers.
β’ Gives data-driven, comprehensive updates on the market.
β’ Provides analysis of sell-in and sell-through to all key stakeholders.
β’ Increases market share, availability, visibility, and sell-through.

Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
β’ Minimum Six (6) years of sales and/or account management or related. Footwear and apparel experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
β’ Documented experience working effectively in complex global organizations.
β’ Documented experience managing digital wholesale is required.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with moderate Excel/data management and manipulation skills.
β’ Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
β’ Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
β’ Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter.
β’ Ability to work under pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

Base Salary: $132,949 - $153,905 yearly
This range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
