We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to lead our push into the web development and eCommerce space. You’ll build trusted relationships with digital agencies and freelancers, helping them integrate and recommend the UK’s leading payment gateways through CanDo Payments.
💼 £37,000 base + structured bonuses (OTE £46–50k, higher with milestones)
📍 Remote/hybrid (HQ in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire)
💻 MacBook & phone provided, car allowance available
🎯 Full monthly bonus paid for your first 3 months to support onboarding
What You’ll Do
• Identify, engage and onboard new strategic partners (web developers & agencies)
• Build and manage a pipeline from outreach through to signed agreements
• Drive revenue from referred business via partner relationships
• Collaborate with our team on partner marketing and enablement materials
• Attend relevant trade events and developer communities
What You’ll Bring
• A track record in partnerships, business development or channel sales (payments, SaaS, or eCommerce ideal)
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Understanding of online payments, gateways or merchant acquiring
• Experience working with or selling into web developers/digital agencies
• Proactive, motivated, and excited by growth targets
