About the Role As the Stylist Lead at SUMWON STUDIOS, you’ll be responsible for styling editorial shoots, e-commerce campaigns, lookbooks, and social content - ensuring each brand stays distinct while pushing creative boundaries. What you'll do • Own the styling direction across all brands, from concept to execution • Style model shoots for e-commerce, campaigns, editorials, and social media content • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand visuals • Research and stay ahead of global and subcultural fashion trends, applying them strategically to each brand • Lead and manage a team • Manage styling inventory, wardrobe sourcing, and pull requests • Provide direction on casting choices and model presentation for each shoot • Maintain consistency in brand voice through styling, while tailoring approaches per brand identity What you’ll bring • Experience in fashion styling, ideally within fast fashion, streetwear, or youth-driven brands • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and editorial styling • Excellent understanding of fashion trends, subcultures, and styling principles • Experience leading shoots and managing cross-functional creative teams • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously What we'll bring • 25 working days of annual leave, going up to 30 working days after 1 year • 30% employee discount on all SUMWON STUDIOS brands (SUMWON, Missguided, AiiRZ, KiZN) • Learning and development opportunities • Company social events • The coolest colleagues you can find Why Join Us? • SUMWON STUDIOS is redefining fast fashion with a forward-thinking approach.
