Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Supervisor to join the Paid Search Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people. Havas Media is looking for a Performance Media (Paid Search) Supervisor with experience managing paid search engagements and leading junior-level staff. A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE: β€’ Campaign Planning, Management & Optimization of Paid Search campaigns β€’ Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets β€’ Ensure the best practice set up and ongoing management of campaigns β€’ Oversee optimization of campaigns manually and through the utilization of bid management tools β€’ Complete and manage the forecast and plan of monthly budgets in line with client objectives β€’ Development and planning of performance media strategy largely independently β€’ Management of direct reports to effectively manage & optimize campaigns β€’ Final QA for large client deliverables and launches of new media campaigns Reporting & Analysis: β€’ Interpret performance reporting data for clients on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis β€’ Present campaign strategy and report on key performance milestones to date β€’ Be able to direct and/or execute optimizations based on performance analysis β€’ Help to manage personal development plans for all direct reports, ensuring objectives are met β€’ Develop performance media knowledge, tech knowledge, and the skill set of direct reports β€’ Provide regular support and advice to help progress direct reports β€’ Responsible for all your team’s daily operations β€’ Ensure the team is providing accurate, timely billings and reconciliation, as well as budget pace Performance Innovation: β€’ Help to drive innovation and creative search solutions for clients β€’ Lead team and company trainings on the world of performance media β€’ Ensure beta participation for clients and work alongside other online and offline account teams to deliver an integrated digital marketing solution β€’ Reflect the agency's ambition and vision in all work, and lead and inspire the team to follow high standards β€’ Partner day to day with colleagues to meet the client’s needs/business goals β€’ Continually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your own skill set Other: β€’ Partner day to day with colleagues to meet the needs of the US businesses β€’ Proactively seek out vendor partnerships and educate the team on new vendors β€’ Continually seek out areas to continue learning and developing your skill set β€’ Collaborate with other office leaders What You'll Need/Skills: β€’ Google Ads Certified, Microsoft Bing certified, Search Ads 360 certified; highly preferred β€’ Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specific to Paid Search/SEM. β€’ Continually strives to seek innovative ways to find solutions for our clients β€’ Able to see the big picture perspective and apply it appropriately to the brand β€’ Microsoft Office Experience (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Media trading experience β€’ Campaign analysis and reporting experience Who You Are: β€’ Numerate β€’ Good organization and time management skills β€’ Enjoys being a member of a team and working alongside peers β€’ Drives the development of team members, gives constructive and ongoing feedback β€’ Agility and flexibility to manage multiple projects at one time β€’ Excellent communicator, can inspire others to achieve the best results, great motivator β€’ Astute attention to detail β€’ Client Acumen, skilled at managing clients and setting clear goals/expectations ABOUT HAVAS MEDIA NETWORK NORTH AMERICA: Havas Media Network North America is the Media Experience agency.
