How You’ll Make An Impact
The DTS Account Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing order flow across product launches, store replenishments, new store openings, and e-commerce operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to communicate inventory availability for retail and e-commerce channels and manage order flows to
distribution centers for on time deliveries. In this role, you will participate in discussions on supply chain disruptions and their impact on operations, helping to implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics for stores, e-commerce, special events, and
promotions, supporting operational efficiency and business goals.
This role typically reports into the Order Management & Logistics Sr Manager and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment
60%: Order Management and Analysis
• Evaluate retail order flow, including receipt timing, distribution center (DC) processing, inventory movement constraints, and promotional impacts. Provide actionable recommendations to ensure successful support for
successful store product launches, store replenishment, new store openings, and e-commerce operations.
• Take ownership of daily decisions and actively manage information flow to ensure accurate and efficient order management across all channels.
• Troubleshoot order transmission errors and maintain system functionality to meet demand requirements effectively.
• Analyze inventory and order coverage to provide recommendations that support expedited shipments and drive store sales performance.
• Execute necessary adjustments to order configurations by collaborating with retail inventory management teams, IT, and OMS interfaces, ensuring accuracy in setup, delivery dates, and quantities
30% Reporting and communication
• Provide timely fulfillment updates to support store launches, replenishments, new store openings, and e-commerce operations. Collaborate with Allocations, DC, Retail Inventory, and Transportation teams to monitor details and execute the next steps efficiently.
• Develop ad hoc reports to provide cross functional partners with insights into critical issues and processing statuses, highlighting key variances and actionable opportunities.
• Track product movements use reporting tools and proactively communicate logistical updates to stakeholders and external customers.
• Participate in leadership meetings, offering detailed insights, guiding conversations, and driving resolutions to supply chain challenges.
• Coordinate communication strategies for supply chain interruptions, collaborating with Operations and Planning teams to implement solutions and update key stakeholders.
10% Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Research order exceptions and deliver delivery confirmations and tracking information to stores as needed.
• Maintain systemic configurations to ensure accurate inventory visibility and availability across all channels.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Tableau, with strong analytical skills and proven ability to leverage data to track KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive operations improvements.
