We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline the end-to-end supply chain process for a fast-growing women's fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production tracking, inventory optimization, and coordination across global warehouses to support operational growth and improve delivery efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and is comfortable working remotely while managing multiple vendors and systems. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full supply chain cycle: production tracking, inbound logistics, and coordination with 3PL warehouses in the USA, Canada, and UAE • Maintain accurate inventory levels, SKUs, and product data in Shopify • Generate weekly insights on top-performing products, sizes, and categories to support replenishment and scaling decisions • Recommend what to reorder, scale, or discontinue based on sales velocity, inventory turnover, and margins • Conduct competitor research to benchmark pricing and provide recommendations for product positioning • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to forecast demand for new launches and campaigns • Coordinate with suppliers to track production timelines and ensure timely delivery • Troubleshoot logistics and fulfillment issues, including inventory discrepancies and shipping delays • Analyze sales and inventory reports to optimize assortment planning and regional distribution • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (experience in fashion/apparel preferred) • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (products, inventory, reporting) • Sound knowledge of demand planning, product lifecycle, and purchasing strategies • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess SKU performance, sales trends, and margins • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas); familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner or Stocky is a plus • Experience with market research and competitive pricing analysis • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience with fast-scaling DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) eCommerce brands • Familiarity with international shipping logistics and managing multi-warehouse setups • Used Shopify-integrated inventory and supply chain tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • What is your notice period? • What is your current salary?
