Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain function. This role will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, import/export operations, and fulfillment for both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors, with a proven track record in DTC and B2B distribution. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage the supply chain strategy to ensure seamless operations from procurement to final delivery. • Oversee import/export processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE, GCC, and international regulations. • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-efficient procurement without compromising quality. • Optimize inventory management to balance stock availability with cash flow efficiency. • Coordinate with e-commerce, retail, and B2B sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Implement best practices in DTC order fulfillment and B2B distribution for domestic and international markets. • Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including lead times, logistics costs, and order accuracy. • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth cross-border operations. • Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans. • Drive process automation and ERP system efficiency to streamline operations. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury goods. • Proven experience in import/export operations with knowledge of UAE and GCC customs regulations. • Strong background in both DTC e-commerce and B2B wholesale fulfillment. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems. • Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
