Job Summary:

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering teams to enhance the Shopify-based eCommerce experience and develop data-rich tools to optimize internal performance.
Responsibilities:
• The Technical Product Manager will direct the daily operations of the product teams, analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
• Create, manage, and prioritize product road map in alignment with business goals.
• Lead product execution from vision, through delivery, and iterating on next steps.
• The Technical Product Manager will review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Specifically, the Technical Product Manager will meet with Fashion Nova’s department heads, managers, supervisors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and various business functions to deliver new products.
• The Technical Product Manager will consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Additionally, will develop and interpret Fashion Nova’s organizational goals, policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze feedback from our customers and key stakeholders to distill down into actionable requirements.
• The Technical Product Manager will manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout the delivery process.
• Specifically, the Technical Product Manager will prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports and evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
• Lead product development ceremonies (Daily Stand, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Facilitate Retros, and any Architectural Discussions).
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout the delivery process.
• Measure and review data to develop improvements and build new features.
• The Technical Product Manager will evaluate Fashion Nova’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Product Manager or a related position.
• Experience must include eCommerce/Retail, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization Systems, leading cross functional meetings such as WBRs, QBRs and Annual Plans; and delivering on complex internal/external platform problems with high ambiguity.
