Role description
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) with strong experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, particularly in livestreaming, live commerce, or real-time interactive technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and the technical acumen to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives in the live selling / real-time e-commerce spaceβfrom discovery to launch.
β’ Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact product features.
β’ Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
β’ Manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery within Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
β’ Facilitate technical discussions and product decisions with engineering partners; ensure feasibility and scalable solutions.
β’ Use tools like Jira and Airtable to track progress, manage roadmaps, and maintain transparency.
β’ Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the product based on analytics and user input.
Experience & Skills:
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar product-focused role.
β’ Strong background in Agile product development (Scrum, Kanban), SDLC, and PDLC.
β’ Proven experience owning product strategy and execution in live commerce, livestreaming, or real-time interactive platforms.
β’ Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
β’ Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with engineers and understanding architectural trade-offs.
β’ Proficiency in Jira is required; experience with Airtable is a strong plus.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
