This role focuses on enhancing executive reporting and improving the online ordering process. Responsibilities • Lead the development of API solutions that enhance executive reporting capabilities. • Identify and resolve errors within the online ordering process to improve efficiency. • Transform raw data from systems like Salesforce and SAP into actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. • Support the execution of product strategies and roadmaps. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Skills • Proven experience as a Product Owner, particularly in API and microservices development. • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with eCommerce platforms and understanding of their operational requirements. • Familiarity with BI reporting tools and methodologies. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
