What we’re looking for: As our TikTok Affiliate Manager, you will lead the strategy, growth, and performance optimization of our TikTok affiliate program. You’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential TikTok creators, managing relationships with affiliates, and driving scalable results through community-building and a data-driven strategy. What You’ll Do: Strategy & Growth • Develop innovative growth centric strategies specific to TikTok’s platform and algorithm to scale affiliate sales. • Stay on top of TikTok policies, trends, features, and creator behaviors to adapt strategies quickly. • Develop compelling campaigns and briefs to ensure top creative output. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging. Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract top affiliates. • Identify and onboard TikTok creators who align with our brand. Program Management & Optimization • Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. • Create incentive structures and campaigns that drive affiliate engagement and conversions. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership. • Develop CRM and Ad campaigns to maximize ROI on content and leads. Community Building • Build and manage the Zenwise Discord community for affiliates to foster collaboration and engagement. • Support affiliates with content ideas, training, and resources. Qualifications: • 3+ years of influencer and affiliate management and 2+ years of proven experience in managing TikTok affiliate programs. • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithm, and creator ecosystem. • Experience in building and managing online communities (Discord or similar). • Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on performance data. • Ability to work hybrid in Carlsbad, CA.
