We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing efforts on the TikTok platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution to drive engagement and sales through TikTok Shop. Responsibilities: • Oversee the TikTok Shop dashboard daily, tracking affiliate activity and performance metrics. • Coordinate the distribution of product samples to creators and influencers, ensuring timely delivery. • Develop detailed briefs for new product launches and campaigns to drive engagement on the TikTok platform. • Maintain accurate records of affiliate outreach and performance using tracking tools and reports. • Create and implement targeted outreach messages to engage with potential affiliates and creators. • Monitor and manage the creator messaging inbox, addressing inquiries and building relationships. • Build and nurture strong connections with affiliates through various communication channels, including Slack, WhatsApp, and Discourse. • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies to engage creators and expand affiliate participation. • Analyze affiliate performance data to refine strategies and optimize campaign outcomes. • Stay updated on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective. • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on influencer campaigns. • Comprehensive knowledge of the TikTok platform and its affiliate marketing ecosystem. • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing affiliates or influencers. • Proficient in using tracking tools and reporting systems for performance analysis. • Strategic thinker with the ability to create engaging briefs and outreach campaigns. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, and other collaboration platforms.
