Role Overview We’re looking for a TikTok Growth & Affiliate Manager (contract) to launch and scale our TikTok presence. You’ll lead affiliate partnerships, creator collaborations, and platform activations to make TikTok a key driver of awareness and sales. What You’ll Do • Grow and manage an affiliate network • Oversee creator collaborations and content production • Plan engaging TikTok Live activations • Support paid campaigns and report on performance • Maintain a content and promotional calendar • Partner with creative on messaging and trend alignment Who You Are • Experienced with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships • Proven track record running affiliate/ambassador programs at scale • Performance-driven operator with strong grasp of ROI and acquisition metrics • Agile, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced seasonal sprint • Strong creative eye for TikTok-native content and trends Contract Details • Timing: Starting ASAP • Location: Remote with PST overlap • Compensation: Competitive retainer + performance bonus
