Role description

Assist in expanding influencer resources on TikTok (US market) and other platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Kuaishou; participate in outreach and basic partnership communication. 1. Support the planning and execution of influencer recruitment and collaboration strategies based on brand and product positioning. 1. Help coordinate influencer cooperation processes, including invitations, content communication, campaign execution, and data collection. 1. Assist in building and maintaining the influencer database for efficient matching and long-term collaboration. 1. Provide support in campaign planning and communication optimization to increase brand exposure and sales conversion. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in progress, major in Marketing, E-commerce, New Media, or related fields preferred. 1. Strong interest in influencer business development, MCN, or live commerce; internship or campus project experience in related fields is a plus. 1. Familiarity with TikTok and other short-video platforms; basic understanding of influencer ecosystems. 1. Good communication and teamwork skills, with strong learning ability. 1. English reading and writing skills; ability to support simple cross-border communication with influencers is preferred.
