There is a huge shift in the media landscape as a new generation of consumers engages with social media to research products and shape their buying decisions rather than searching in traditional channels. Our mission is to guide brands on how they can maximise the exploding social commerce opportunity on TikTok and drive meaningful results for their business. About The Role The TikTok Shop Account Analyst is an entry-level or early career stage role role. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about TikTok culture, audience and engagement and is keen to start, develop or pivot their career based on an interest in the social commerce space. The Account Analyst will support our Account management team to deliver an effective TikTok Shop, Ads and Organic content strategy and service to our clients across fashion, beauty and sports sectors and more. You will; • Support the team to plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with content teams. • Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness. • Build and manage long-term affiliate partnerships that align with client growth goals. • Manage content calendars and scheduling, including writing on-brand, SEO-optimized captions. • Collaborate with the content and production teams to provide real-time community feedback that shapes content direction. • Contribute to TikTok community building • Optimise performance, analysing performance data and lead reporting with clear, actionable insights. • Be an advocate for TikTok Shop, continually innovate and Drive client retention and growth through consistently strong results and account expansion • Develop and have a good understanding of cultural trends on TikTok, and the creator landscape What you will bring Onyx is an early stage business which means we are looking for people with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit who can play a key role in helping us to create long-term client relationships, drive our business metrics, build an enviable culture and have fun along the way. Essential skills for the role: • Fluent in English, with strong working German (B2 minimum level) • An ability to move and learn fast in a start up environment • Deep knowledge of culture and what makes communities thrive on TikTok • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills • Strong statistical and analytical skills with ability to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisions • with • Able to use Google & Microsoft suite of work applications to build docs and presentations • Ability to think and work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines • A focus on process design and improvement and attention to detail • Degree or equivalent strong educational background • Adaptability and resilience Additional skills a bonus: • Experience of social commerce, social media, TikToK Shop/Ads management in a commercial environment • Evidence of delivering to targets in a work experience capacity • Experience managing clients and leading client stakeholder meetings • Experience using social scheduling and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Sprinklr • Any design or production skills (Adobe, Capcut and plus) What we can offer Onyx is an entrepreneurial and innovative business operating in a pioneering sector. All of our team members can make a huge contribution at this early stage of our business growth, challenge themselves and others, work with like-minded individuals, and learn a lot in an exciting, relaxed and inclusive environment.
