Role description
Location: Dubai office
Unpack Agency is a marketplace growth agency helping FMCG brands thrive on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Weβre a team of brand builders and marketplace operators working hands-on with exciting startups and challenger brands across Europe and the GCC.
Weβre now looking for a Full time TikTok Shop Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts β managing both day-to-day operations and paid media execution. Youβll be working directly with our clients, ensuring their products perform through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and coordinated affiliate/influencer activity.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end for a portfolio of brands β from setup to scaling.
β’ Run and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns with a clear focus on ROAS and growth KPIs.
β’ Plan product launches, content strategy, and affiliate/influencer coordination in collaboration with our creators and clients.
β’ Monitor GMV, sales performance, stock, returns, and content-to-cart conversion.
β’ Review performance metrics and provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
β’ Collaborate with internal and external team members (video editors, creators, paid media specialists) to execute growth plans.
β’ Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed, supported, and confident in performance.

β’ Experience managing TikTok Shop accounts
β’ Hands-on experience running TikTok Ads, including setup, optimisation, and performance analysis
β’ Strong understanding of creator/affiliate workflows and how to scale product reach through partnerships
β’ Data-driven approach β confident reading metrics and adjusting strategies to hit targets
β’ Strong written and verbal communication
β’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
Beneficial:
β’ Experience working in or with an agency
β’ Familiarity with FMCG, beauty, wellness or DTC brand spaces
β’ Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate tools, or Spark Ads
