Role description
Weβre looking for a passionate and driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead and manage our presence on the TikTok Shop platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of one of our fastest-growing sales channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy, optimising performance, launching new products, and driving revenue growth - all while bringing innovative ideas to the table to grow our presence and customer base on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop account, including product uploads, pricing, inventory, and order management.
β’ Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales and grow brand visibility on the platform.
β’ Collaborate with the wider content and creative teams to ensure all product listings and campaigns are on-brand, optimised and engaging.
β’ Analyse performance metrics to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
β’ Coordinate product launches, promotions and campaign activations in line with brand and commercial goals.
β’ Organise & manage hosts and weekly livestream schedules to ensure consistent & high quality content delivery.
β’ Oversee TikTok affiliate programme, including recruitment, relationship management & performance tracking to maximise reach and revenue.
β’ Identify & pitch new creative ideas, including live shopping events & UGC initiatives & work with the wider team to execute.
β’ Build relationships with TikTok account managers and stay up to date with platform updates, features, and best practices.
β’ Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
β’ Identify and pitch new creative ideas, including live shopping events, influencer collaborations, and UGC initiatives.
β’ Keep a close eye on competitors and market trends to keep Skinnydip ahead of the curve.
About You
β’ 2+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management (TikTok Shop experience is a major bonus).
β’ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and a track record of driving sales and platform growth.
β’ A creative thinker whoβs up for experimenting with new formats and ideas.
β’ Passionate about TikTok and emerging social commerce trends.
β’ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
