Thundrr is a top TikTok Shop agency helping creators and brands grow through strategic partnerships, product sales, and creative campaigns. We’re looking for a driven Business Development professional to help us scale our inbound and outbound deal flow on TikTok Shop.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with both brands and creators on TikTok Shop. You’ll handle both inbound leads and outbound outreach, ensuring a steady flow of high-value partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to inbound TikTok Shop opportunities
• Proactively reach out to brands, creators, and agencies for collaboration
• Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress in our CRM
• Collaborate with the team to create pitch materials and proposals
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends and new features
Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in business development, influencer marketing, or e-commerce (TikTok Shop experience a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and hit targets
• Organized, with attention to detail
