The TSP team manages TikTok Shop Partners—agencies that service merchants on TikTok Shop—and is responsible for partners’ performance. Responsibilities • Establish TikTok as an e-commerce platform of choice for brands by building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities with commerce and digital marketing agencies across creative, social, production, logistics, and influencer marketing functions. • Serve as the primary liaison, TikTok advocate, and owner of client relationships for assigned agencies. • Support partners throughout onboarding and incubation on the platform, including identifying opportunities, providing strategic briefs, training, and consultation. • Drive agency performance and growth by educating and training on best practices across live strategy, and by analyzing and diagnosing traffic and sales data. • Design and launch agency incentives and activities to encourage TikTok Shop Partner engagement. • Utilize data to deeply understand pain points, define business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field. • Experience in partnership development and account management, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships. • Data-driven and analytical, with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions. • Strategic mindset and strong curiosity to understand the inner workings of social commerce. • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. • Self-starter and rapid learner who can navigate fast-paced environments and thrive. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in account management within tech companies, commerce platforms, or media agencies. • Established network within agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies. • Creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative strategies.
