Knowledge and skills required for the position are: • 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or UGC production. • A portfolio or examples of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices. • On-camera confidence and the ability to convey authenticity and enthusiasm. • Video editing skills using in-app tools or external software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). • Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes content engaging. • Ability to take creative direction while maintaining originality in content execution. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in e-commerce or working with product-based brands (preferred, but not required).
