Urban Outfitters is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead the day-to-day creative operations within our studio. This role is responsible for guiding a talented team of photographers and stylists to consistently translate seasonal brand imagery into compelling e-commerce and studio marketing visuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of brand standards, and a passion for driving creative excellence and operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities • Oversee daily studio creative output, ensuring alignment with brand vision and seasonal direction. • Lead and inspire photographers and stylists to produce high-quality imagery for e-commerce and studio marketing. • Maintain brand consistency across all studio visuals, ensuring every image reflects our aesthetic and values. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets meet business and marketing needs. • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and creative processes within the studio. • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure timely and effective execution of projects. Role Qualifications • Proven experience in art direction within a studio or fashion/e-commerce environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and brand storytelling. • Excellent communication and team leadership skills. • Deep understanding of photography, styling, and visual composition. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Hands-on experience with AI applications and platforms.
