What you'll do...

What You'll Do:
• Product Planning Support
• Drive roadmap alignment across product, engineering, design, and business
• Facilitate OKR creation, tracking, and cross-functional visibility
• Maintain product portfolio documentation and dashboards
Operational Rhythm & Cadence
• Manage product team meetings (QBRs, sprint planning, reviews)
• Standardize templates for status updates, post-mortems, launch checklists
• Track delivery milestones and unblock execution gaps
Data & Insights Infrastructure
• Build and maintain product health dashboards
• Coordinate user research synthesis and feedback loops
• Ensure data cleanliness and KPI definitions across teams
Launch & Release Management
• Create and run go-to-market operational checklists
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, legal, and support for readiness
• Ensure compliance, risk tracking, and post-launch review
Product Operations
• Supports PMs, designers, eng, analysts
• Owns tools, cadences, launch ops
• Tracks roadmap delivery, KPIs
• Standardizes research, experimentation, feedback loops
• Works within product development lifecycle
• Enable execution through process & systems
• Align stakeholders and reduce friction

Tooling & Process Optimization
• Own and improve tools (Jira, Asana, Productboard, etc.)
• Drive adoption of best practices in product development workflows
• Eliminate inefficiencies and manual work in product lifecycle
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as operational glue between product, eng, design, CX, analytics
• Ensure tight alignment on priorities, blockers, and timelines
• Run cross-org initiatives (e.g., AI integration, platform migrations)
Change Management & Comms
• Craft executive-ready narratives on product progress
• Own team-wide communications and process rollout strategies
• Support org changes, reorgs, and onboarding with precision
What They Do Not Do:
• Do not define product strategy or vision (that’s the PM’s role)
• Do not own feature-level prioritization
• Do not manage engineering teams or write code
• Do not handle customer support tickets directly
• Do not replace project managers on engineering-specific delivery
• Do not run marketing or sales enablement campaigns
