Role description
UX/UI Designer – 6-Month FTC (Hybrid, London)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (Pro Rata)
We’re working with a premium British brand that’s looking for a UX/UI Designer to deliver key digital projects that will transform their online experience. This is a pivotal role supporting the relaunch of their website, the rollout of a new digital asset management system, and the seamless integration of Salesforce tools—all while ensuring brand consistency across every digital touchpoint.
The Role
You’ll take the lead on designing and optimising the online customer journey, creating engaging and accessible digital experiences. From website components and CMS updates to digital campaign assets, you’ll work closely with marketing, technology, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead on online customer journey design, ensuring experiences are intuitive, meaningful, and on brand
• Support the website relaunch, designing and building components in Figma and Storyblok
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency
• Ensure seamless brand integration across Salesforce quoting software
• Create digital assets for campaigns, social, and online content
• Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring content is organised and accessible
• Uphold brand and accessibility standards across all digital channels
• Contribute to the refresh and rollout of updated brand and marketing materials
About You
• Experienced in Figma for design and dev handover
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiar with CMS platforms (Storyblok or similar) and DAM systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles
• Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG 2)
• Knowledge of Magento / Adobe Commerce and Salesforce is a bonus
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and photography
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
