As we continue to grow, we are looking for a UX Designer who can take our existing application and transform the look, feel, and overall user experience. Role Overview: The UX Designer will be responsible for analyzing our current platform, identifying opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that guide our web development team. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct UX research by analyzing existing application workflows and identifying pain points. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. • Develop user personas, journey maps, and customer experience flows. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that bring design concepts to life. • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for developers. • Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. • Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and emerging best practices. Required Expertise & Skills: • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects (preferably e-commerce platforms). • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. • Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI components. • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG). • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Experience conducting usability studies and applying insights to improve design. • knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built systems). • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey analytics.
