Role description
Role: VP of Growth Marketing Location: New York (3-4 days a week) Salary: $250k - $380k (plus equity) Join a global B2B SaaS business who been highly successful so far and are now looking to expand into the US. They're extremely profitable, bootstrapped and are looking to IPO over the next 5 years. As VP of Growth Marketing, you'll lead the US marketing function to drive scalable acquisition, expansion, and retention in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment. You own the full funnel, from brand to demand to lifecycle, aligning with sales and product to fuel revenue growth. Key Focus Areas: β€’ Build and lead a world-class growth marketing team β€’ Drive pipeline and revenue through full-funnel programs β€’ Oversee performance marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy β€’ Optimize marketing tech stack, analytics, and ROI measurement β€’ Partner cross-functionally to expand accounts and launch new markets Job Requirements β€’ Experience: 10–15 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership (VP+); proven success driving 4–6x revenue growth and scaling teams. β€’ Background: Startup or high-growth environments; track record of promotions and building marketing functions β€’ Skills: Full-funnel expertise, digital/social strategy, marketing tech stack leadership (including AI tools), analytics-driven. β€’ Leadership: Strong team builder and communicator with experience leading cross-geography teams. β€’ Mindset: Revenue-focused, hands-on, able to thrive in ambiguity. β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. β€’ Not a Fit: B2C backgrounds, frequent job-hopping, or only large/mature company experience.
