About the Company
We are a fast-scaling eCommerce brand with a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses across multiple categories, including fitness, wellness, kids’ products, home, pet care, and lifestyle. Our brands are built on Shopify, Amazon, and emerging platforms, and we’re expanding rapidly with a data-driven, community-first approach.

The VP will lead multiple teams—including Growth, Brand, Shopify/eCommerce, and Creative—ensuring alignment, collaboration, and measurable performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate has prior VP or Director-level experience in scaling eCommerce/DTC businesses, with demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This individual must bring a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Partner with ownership and executive leadership, bringing proactive ideas and owning execution.
Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy
• Oversee digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned media: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok Shop, affiliate, email, SMS.
• Guide SEO, CRO, site performance, and merchandising strategies.

• Lead customer acquisition, funnel efficiency, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure marketing strategies align with revenue goals and margin sensitivity.
• Strengthen retention initiatives through segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized content.

• Define KPIs, reporting standards, and attribution models across all marketing teams.
• Implement analytics dashboards and ensure adoption of tools such as GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and Northbeam.
• Align reporting cadence, budget accountability, and forecasting.
Team Leadership
• Lead multiple divisions: Growth, Brand, Shopify/eCommerce, and Creative.
• Provide mentorship, structure, and development opportunities for department heads and team members.
• Build a collaborative, high-performance, mission-driven culture.
• Support global team management, including freelancers and contractors.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Set and oversee marketing budgets with strict ROI accountability.
• Approve and manage external vendors, agencies, and technology platforms.
