The Opportunity Reporting directly to Founder & CEO Richard Golden, the Vice President of Marketing will elevate our marketing function—modernizing systems, processes, and team structure while driving brand strategy and measurable growth across both retail and ecommerce. We’re seeking a dynamic marketing leader who embodies SEE’s core attributes: Thoughtful, Passionate, Accountable, and Cutting Edge. The ideal candidate is an agile, proactive strategist with deep expertise in brand development, paid social, influencer marketing, and ecommerce growth—someone who thinks big, moves fast, and executes relentlessly. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy and positioning frameworks. • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all customer touchpoints. • Drive brand awareness and market differentiation strategies that keep SEE ahead of the curve. Paid Social & Influencer Marketing • Build and scale influencer programs, from micro-influencers to celebrity partnerships. • Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and track ROI on all social initiatives. Digital Commerce & Growth • Lead the ecommerce team to drive aggressive online sales growth (Shopify/Klaviyo preferred). • Oversee content strategy, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Creative Campaigns & Retail Marketing • Concept and execute bold, unconventional marketing campaigns—including guerrilla and experiential tactics. • Modernize and streamline SEE’s marketing systems, processes, and team infrastructure. Analytics & Insights • Track marketing performance across channels (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI). • Provide actionable insights to leadership and continuously optimize campaigns. • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred). • 7+ years of marketing leadership. • Strong track record in retail marketing and ecommerce growth. • Deep expertise in brand strategy development and execution. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects. • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive leadership style with a bias toward action. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRM systems. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred Background • Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience. • Hands-on guerrilla and experiential campaign execution. • Proven success in launching products or leading brand repositioning.
