WTHN is acupuncture, evolved. We’re a modern wellness studio and product brand on a mission to help people heal their bodies and feel their best—naturally. Rooted in thousands of years of East Asian medicine and backed by science, we’re changing the way people think about holistic care.
We’re looking for a highly creative, deeply strategic VP of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and community across all channels—digital and in-person. You’ll oversee a nimble team and serve as our brand steward, helping WTHN scale our presence across studios, product lines, and markets. You'll also be laser-focused on bringing new clients into our studios and held accountable for hitting the ambitious acquisition goals we’ve set as a team.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Systems Building
• Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team with empathy and clarity.
• Create systems that reduce friction and allow a small team to do big things.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with studio ops, product development, creative, and customer experience teams.
Client Acquisition & Growth
• Own studio foot traffic and new client acquisition with a strong bias toward action and results.
• Be accountable for hitting growth targets: driving trial, first-time bookings, and return visits across all locations.
• Collaborate closely with paid media, studio ops, and performance marketing to connect strategy with outcomes.
• Manage and maintain monthly marketing budget
• Review performance of marketing initiatives and plan / pivot accordingly
Partnerships & Community
• Be the go-to lead for all external brand stakeholders.
• Identify, pitch, and execute high-impact partnerships across wellness, lifestyle, retail, fitness, hospitality, and more.
• Bring a local-first mindset, leveraging events, collaborations, and activations to build grassroots brand love.
Studio Marketing & DTC Integration
• Drive growth for both our studio and eCommerce businesses—understanding the nuance of each while connecting them through an omnichannel approach.
• Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, both online and offline.
• Use data to inform strategy and storytelling, always balancing intuition with insight.
Brand & Campaign Leadership
• Own the brand vision and voice across all touchpoints—paid, owned, earned, and IRL.
• Lead creative concepting and execution for brand campaigns, product launches, and new studio openings.
• Champion customer obsession—bringing insights, feedback, and sentiment into everything we do.
