Digitally Native Beauty brand is looking for a looking for a strategic, well-rounded Vice President of Marketing to lead the day-to-day execution and cross-functional alignment of marketing. This role will oversee brand marketing, go-to-market execution, influencer and partnership strategy, creative development, marketing operations, and campaign planning.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative marketing leader with a strong background in brand and marketing strategy, influencer and creator marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. This role is responsible for helping reach new audiences, scale their creator and partnership programs, and drive consistent, high-impact product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
• Lead the execution of the marketing calendar across product launches, evergreen campaigns, influencer moments, and key brand milestones
• Build integrated campaign strategies across teams and channels—owned, earned, and paid
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Retail, and CX to align on goals, messaging, and deliverables
• Ensure consistency and clarity across all marketing touchpoints
Go-To-Market Strategy
• Own launch strategy and execution for all new products, kits, and collaborations
• Build repeatable GTM processes in partnership with Product, Ops, and Creative
• Ensure launches are high-impact, on time, and well supported by all marketing functions
• Partner closely with Growth team to ensure alignment on messaging, assets, and channel rollout
Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Set the vision and strategy for influencer and creator marketing
• Lead execution across organic seeding, paid partnerships, whitelisting, and affiliate
• Collaborate with Growth to amplify creator content in paid and performance media
• Build and manage a high-performing Influencer team and hire key talent
Campaign & Creative Development
• Partner with Creative Director to concept and execute 360 campaigns and key brand moments
• Own marketing briefs and cross-functional kickoffs with Creative, Brand, and Growth
• Guide asset development across platforms and formats—from email to Meta to retail
• Ensure creative output is high quality, on brand, and strategically sound
Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor team leads across Brand, Creative, Influencer, and Marketing Ops
• Drive clarity, accountability, and focus across all marketing functions
• Establish process and team structure to support scaling execution
• Own team-wide planning and delivery against calendar and company goals
