Job Summary:
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, and they are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for their Direct to Consumer business. This high-impact role involves creating seamless and personalized product experiences across digital channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Direct to Consumer products and business
• Champion the voice of the customer and embed a customer-first mindset across all stages of product development
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact consumer experiences across mobile, web, and other DTC touchpoints
• Build and mentor a diverse, inclusive, high-performing team of product managers focused on outcomes and excellence
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and opportunities for innovation and growth
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science leaders to bring products to life that are intuitive, scalable, and brand-aligned
• Develop product capabilities that drive measurable impact on growth, retention, and revenue through the DTC channel
• Operate with a strong sense of accountability to KPIs such as conversion, LTV, CAC, engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Influence senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, by clearly articulating product strategy, tradeoffs, and impact
• Ensure the DTC product experience supports our overall business and brand strategy
Qualifications:
Required:
• 15+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years leading 25+ person product teams in a consumer-facing, growth-driven business, inclusive of GTM.
• Experience scaling Card products, direct-to-consumer platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce experiences, across mobile and web in a high-growth environment
• Deep user empathy, strong product intuition, and an obsession with product quality and user delight
• Track record of managing and mentoring large, geographically distributed product teams
• Ability to combine data, research, and market signals to drive prioritization and product innovation
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Experience working closely with design-forward organizations that prioritize UX
• A systems thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term platform scalability
